You may see an authentication failure or time-out error if the payment wasn’t approved in your banking app. When making a deposit, your bank will ask you to authenticate or approve the transaction (for example, via your banking app, OTP, or push notification). If this isn’t completed in time, the payment will fail.
Please try the following:
Open your banking app immediately after initiating the deposit to approve the payment.
Ensure your banking app notifications are enabled.
Retry the deposit if the authentication request expired.
If you still don’t receive the authentication prompt, please contact your bank or reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
