Every bonus comes with a playthrough requirement, also known as a turnover requirement. The playthrough requirement is how many times you need to wager the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.
At BetJets, the default playthrough requirement is 35x for casino bonuses and 5x for sports bonuses, unless otherwise specified. This means if you receive a casino bonus of R100, you will need to place casino bets totaling R3,500 (R100 x 35) before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

To withdraw the bonus and any associated winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 14 times on qualifying sports bets.
By way of example:
A customer deposits R1000 and gets his match deposit of R1000.
The customer would need to turnover a total of R14,000.
For example:
- If you place bets on Slots, which contribute 100% toward the requirement, betting R10 will reduce your turnover requirement by R10.
However, if you bet on games that contribute less, such as Roulette, the turnover requirement will be reduced by a smaller amount. For example, a R10 bet on Roulette would only reduce your turnover requirement by 2% of R10 (i.e., R0.20).

Different casino games contribute differently to your turnover requirement for casino bonuses. Here's a breakdown:
