BetJets offers two options to help you stay in control of your betting activity as a form of entertainment.
1. Timeout
You can choose to pause your betting activity for a period of up to 6 months. During this time, your account will be temporarily restricted.
Should you wish to reactivate your account before the selected period ends, please email support@betjets.co.za with your reactivation request and reason for reactivation.
2. Self-Exclusion
You may request permanent self-exclusion, which will permanently lock your BetJets account.
To reactivate a permanently self-excluded account, you will be required to complete the necessary rehabilitation programme offered by the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation (SARGF).
